Job summary

YMCA of Northern Rock County in Milton, WI is seeking a part-time fitness instructor to lead group fitness sessions and provide member guidance in a safe, engaging environment.

Experience leading group fitness is preferred; certifications from YMCA, ACE, IDEA, NSCA, AFAA, AEA, NDEITA or ACSM are valued. Join a mission-driven team focused on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading group fitness sessions is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain one of the following certifications: YMCA, ACE, IDEA, NSCA, AFAA, AEA, NDEITA, ACSM.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide group fitness and individual guidance in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
