EXOS is hiring a group exercise instructor in San Jose who will lead live classes, create innovative routines, and motivate participants across sessions. You should bring at least one year of class-leading experience, a nationally accredited certification, and current CPR/AED certification.

Licensed formats like Zumba or Yoga require appropriate training and licensing. This is a part-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading group exercise classes.
• Nationally accredited certification required (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Licensed/branded formats experience (e.g., Zumba, Yoga) training and licensing.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid desirable.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $125/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
