Job summary

The Quakertown YMCA is seeking a certified Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes at early mornings and weekends. This part-time, hourly role welcomes individuals who love helping others start healthier habits.

Responsibilities include safe, inclusive instruction for all abilities and being ready to substitute for fellow instructors. Perks include a free YMCA membership, flexible scheduling, and discounts on child care and summer camp.

Qualifications

• One of the following certifications: National Group Fitness, Yoga, Cycle, Pilates, or Les Mills.
• Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members.
• Ability to adapt your class/style for the members in front of you.

• Finding new and engaging ways to connect with our members during class
• Instructing an effective, safe class for all abilities in the gym
• Willing and able to serve as a substitute for fellow instructors
• To be proud to wear your Y gear and be an advocate for us

Quakertown, PA | Part Time, Hourly | Early Morning and Weekend Availability preferred | $23.00-$30.00 per hour

What is needed for this job:
