Job summary

EXOS is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes and inspire participants of all fitness levels. You will design tailored routines, provide modifications, and foster a fun, energetic atmosphere that supports members in reaching their goals.

The role requires a minimum of one year of experience, national group exercise certification, and CPR/AED certification. Benefits are provided for full-time staff, with additional part-time options available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
  • Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
  • Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
  • Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
