Qualifications

Compensation Range: $60 - 63 per hour

Candidates must have medical/pharma writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel creative development across digital and print touchpoints to drive cohesive brand positioning and elevate client engagement.
• Direct end-to-end copy creation and campaign execution while establishing rigorous standards for clinical accuracy, annotation, and regulatory compliance.
• Architect data-driven strategic proposals and partner cross-functionally with creative, account, and client stakeholders to solve complex healthcare marketing challenges.
• Mentor direct reports and optimize agency resource allocation to ensure flawless project execution, team growth, and sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of healthcare advertising agency experience specializing in medical, technical, and creative copywriting.
• Mastery of full-spectrum digital and print execution, creative concepting, and medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes.
• Proven track record of strategic brand leadership, client consultation, and effective team management within the pharma category.
• Bachelor's degree combined with exceptional presentation skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
