DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead - Trainer to manage and train a site-wide work group in Louisville. You will design and deliver training, create WMS-based programs, and craft standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires leading training initiatives, developing materials, and cross-training staff, with a focus on quality and safety. On-site position with strong growth potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

• Draft SOPs for high level customer overviews.
• Prepare detailed work instructions under the WMS.

• Shift: 2nd Shift, M-F 3:30pm-12am
• Pay: $23.30/Hr
• Additional Incentives: $2.00 Shift Premium

Role Purpose:

Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support and lead the trainers at the site.
• Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
• Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
• Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
• Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.

Required Education and Experience:

• 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
