Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead - High Lift Operator on the Second Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday–Friday). The role involves loading/unloading, case picking, and moving products with powered equipment in our warehouse in the United States.

Pay is $21.75 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of warehousing experience, proficiency with stand up reach forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and familiarity with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading; moving products using high lift reach equipment.
• Stocking, stocking, staging, and storing products.
• Pulling and preparing products for shipment with accuracy.
• Maintaining inventory records and OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Assisting in physical inventories and stock rotation.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience operating a electric pallet jack; stand up reach forklift; sit-down forklift previous case picking experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience using an RF Scanner; previous experience using a stand up forklift; continuous physical demands such as lifting, bending, standing

Experience operating the Stand Up Reach truck is preferred.

Role Purpose :

Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting.

Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group.

Trains new associates in identified work group.

Key Accountabilities :

• Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment, narrow isle equipment, utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed.
• Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct.
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Report quality variances.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Extend to higher levels than on normal forklift equipment.

Required Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
