Job summary

Supply-chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead in our warehouse. The role oversees daily workloads, assigns work schedules, and provides day-to-day direction to the work group.

Ideal candidates bring 6-12 months warehouse and forklift experience, a High School diploma, and forklift training within 30 days. We offer benefits beginning after 30 days, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and strong training and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Group Coordinator Lead

Shift: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm

Pay: $22.25/hr

Ideal candidate may possess the following skills and/or experience: Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control, Material Handler, Loader/Unloader, Equipment Operator, Reach truck.

Role Purpose

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
