Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead in Mechanicsburg, PA, with relocation to Annville, PA. Typical hours are 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at a pay rate of $19.45 per hour.

The role involves training, performance monitoring, and shift supervision, with eventual relocation to the Annville site in November 2026. The position requires 6–12 months warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and forklift certification or training within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group and monitor daily workloads.
• Train new associates and review documents prepared by the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group and provide feedback to improve standards.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed, and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor when needed.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback and training to the associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.

IMPORTANT: This position will be located in Mechanicsburg, PA for the first month or two before permanently relocating to the Annville, PA location in November 2026. Must be willing to work in both locations.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
