Job summary

Catalyst Capital seeks a senior financial leader to drive enterprise value across its diversified holdings. You will own the valuation framework, optimize the holding company structure, and coordinate capital-events with the CEO and advisers.

You will build robust financials for diligence, design efficient intercompany economics, and deliver investor-ready reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires deep experience in PE-backed or founder-led groups.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years in finance with full P&L and balance-sheet accountability.
• 3+ years as CFO, Group CFO or VP Finance in multi-entity HoldCo.
• Experience with cross-border consolidation and governance.
• Proven deal execution experience in capital events.

Responsibilities

• Own the sum-of-the-parts valuation framework for all units.
• Maximise group-wide multiple and synergy value.
• Prepare three years of clean, comparable financials and a data room for diligence.
• Lead capital-event process with CEO and external advisers.
• Design the holding-company structure, ERP, and intercompany policies.
• Own investor reporting infrastructure and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
