Onward Search is seeking a Group Art Supervisor with pharma agency experience for a 1-month contract, working EST hours in the New York area. The role focuses on leading visual development for healthcare campaigns and overseeing multi-channel promotional materials, including video content.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, strong Figma/Adobe skills, and leadership capabilities to mentor junior staff and present concepts to clients.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must have video development and storyboard experience
• Proven experience directing print, digital, and video concept development.
• Skilled in presenting work, managing multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and review procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual development of integrated pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.

We’re partnering with our client, a healthcare-focused agency, to find a talented Group Art Supervisor with pharma agency experience. This is a 1 month contract role to start and you must work EST hours. Ideally this Group Art Supervisor will also have Video Development and Storyboard experience.
