Endeavor Health is hiring a part-time Group Aquatic Instructor at Galter Life Center in Chicago, IL. You will design and lead engaging swim lessons, tailor plans to group needs, and motivate learners to achieve their goals while maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere.

The role requires CPR/AED certification (within 90 days) and the ability to obtain WSI certification within 90 days. Prior swim instruction experience is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills a must.

Qualifications

• Previous swimming background is essential; group swim instruction experience preferred.

MUST be able to obtain current American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification within first 90 days of employment. It is the responsibility of the individual employee, not Galter Life Center, to complete and turn in all paperwork necessary to keep WSI certification current.* **Experience**: A previous swimming background is essential and prior experience in swim instruction is preferred.
