Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and road-map for the business that integrates all disciplines (strategy, creative, media, production, analytics).
• Own and manage relationships with clients and agency teams at all levels; drive accountability and delivery.
• Mentor and develop internal teams; lead annual reviews and ensure best practices.
