Job summary

Wright Outdoor Solutions is seeking a full-time team member to assist with tree culture across client sites. You will help with loading materials, operating equipment, and supporting pruning and felling activities. The role requires adaptability to weather and seasonal workloads and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Duties include maintaining attendance, coordinating with the crew, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to push/pull, lift up to 75 lbs., and walk/stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Read, write, and speak English sufficiently for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tree culture tasks across client sites.
• Load/unload trucks with logs, brush, and debris; operate basic equipment.
• Support pruning, trimming, transplanting, and felling activities.
• Maintain attendance and adapt to seasonal hours and weather.
