Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Groundsperson to join the General Tree Care team in the Fort Collins area. You will work outside on pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care tasks as part of a crew serving local clients.

Applicants should have experience with pruning large trees, identifying species, safety standards, and operating chainsaws and bucket trucks. A valid U.S. license is required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with pruning large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species.
• Experience with tree care safety standards.
• Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; CDL a plus.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prune and remove trees as part of the General Tree Care crew.
• Assist with cable bracing and other tree care tasks.
• Safely operate all equipment and provide quality service to clients.
