Xylem Tree Experts in Arkansas is seeking a Groundsperson to clear brush and trees, assist with storm work, and support maintenance on trucks and equipment. This full-time position offers health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401K option.
Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor work is preferred; a Driver's License is preferred but not required. You will work outdoors, adhere to safety practices, and travel for storm restoration if needed.
The Groundsperson clears brush and trees as directed and performs clean-up on each job site. Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or other outdoor work preferred. Driver's License is preferred but not required. This is a full-time role with benefits that include medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as the option for enrollment into our 401K retirement plan.
Groundspersons have no direct reports.
Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred
High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
This position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
