CTL is an expert in post-fire hazard tree removal, wildfire fuel reduction, logging operations, vegetative and erosion control, and wetland and natural resource restoration.

This involves working closely with federal and state agencies, tribal partners, and conservation organizations, while also building strong relationships with downstream mills, biomass facilities, and emerging wood product innovators.

CTL Forest Managment is seeking Groundsmen to support forestry operations, logging activities, vegetation management, and environmental restoration projects.
This role is critical to safe, effective field operations. Groundsmen must be able to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments, support production crews, and maintain strong safety discipline while completing mission-critical work that supports community resilience and natural resource restoration.
