Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers a grounds and plant maintenance program.
• Trims, prunes, and removes scrubs, bushes and trees.
• Mows lawns and maintains neat landscaping.
• Cleans and inspects exterior of property and grounds.
• Performs janitorial duties and reports deficiencies as needed.
