Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to uphold the landscape and the overall image of the community, both inside and out. This role requires customer-service focus and teamwork, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and supporting turn-related tasks.

You will maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work area, conduct daily property inspections, and assist with notices and safety procedures while contributing to a positive community environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's landscape and interior/exterior image.

Job DescriptionThe Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the landscape and the interior / exterior image of the community.
