Job summary

Synergetic Staffing. is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper in Brighton, CO for a temporary assignment. The role entails routine landscaping, turf maintenance, and upkeep of grounds and facilities. The shift runs 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with pay at $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include maintaining reports for maintenance and weed control, inspecting park structures, and clearing debris after storms. Safety rules must be followed and all equipment operated safely to support site upkeep.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping and turf maintenance, including watering, mowing, trimming, and maintenance or removal of trees, bushes, and shrubs.
• Keep grounds, public parking lots, and facilities clean and free of leaves, weeds, and litter.
• Assist in creating and maintaining maintenance, weed control, and site restoration reports.
• Inspect, clean, and repair park structures and facilities such as playground equipment, tables, shelters, fences.
• Help clear and remove storm-related debris.
• Promptly report and remediate safety incidents and follow safety rules.
• Safely operate equipment for grounds maintenance.
• Load and unload supplies and ensure tools are cleaned and maintained.

Job description

We are searching for a reliable Groundskeeper to join our team in Brighton, CO (Temporary).

Pay: $24.00/hr.

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Groundskeeper Job Description:

Perform routine landscaping and turf maintenance, including watering, mowing, trimming, raking, aerating, and maintaining or removing trees, bushes, and shrubs.

Keep grounds, public parking lots, and facilities clean and clear of leaves, weeds, and litter.

Assist in creating and maintaining reports and records for maintenance, weed control, and site restoration activities.

Inspect, clean, and repair park structures and facilities, such as playground equipment, picnic tables, shelters, and fences.

Help clear and remove storm-related debris.

Promptly report and remediate incidents of vandalism.

Strictly follow safety rules and regulations, and report any safety violations.

Safely operate all equipment required for grounds maintenance, including mowers, edgers, blowers, tractors, loaders, vehicles, and power/hand tools.

Load and unload supplies and equipment, ensuring basic tools and machinery are properly cleaned and maintained.

Groundskeeper Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of methods, techniques, and tools used in park, landscape, and facility maintenance and construction.

Understanding of watering requirements for diverse lawns, trees, plants, and soil types.

Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining chemical spraying equipment.

Proven ability to safely and effectively operate a wide variety of tools and heavy equipment used in park maintenance.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and interact professionally with the public.
