Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain the property grounds, recreation and common areas from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.

You will inspect for litter, debris and safety, keep sidewalks and outdoor spaces clean, assist with snow removal and lighting, and support pool areas as needed. A High School diploma or GED and pool operations knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pool operations knowledge; Certified Pool Operator certificate/license strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds, cleanliness, and safety to Company standards.
• Inspect and keep areas like pool, lounges, and walkways clean and safe.
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and lighting maintenance.
