This role requires a split schedule between two sites: Broadstone Ayrsley + Ayrsley Lofts

Property Types: Garden + Mid-Rise
Stage: Stabilized
Unit Count: 320 (Broadstone Ayrsley) + 183 (Ayrsley Lofts)
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Essential Responsibilities

1. Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free.
2. Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready, transfer trash to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
3. Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist with the make-ready process.
4. Change locks according to property policy and ensure gates to pool areas meet safety standards.
5. Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
6. Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
7. Provide excellent customer service by respecting residents, answering questions, and addressing complaints about maintenance.
8. Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA and other safety training, and report incidents promptly.

Required Licenses or Certifications

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $18.00.

May include bonuses based on performance, with specific programs for corporate and onsite roles.
