The Connor Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a dedicated full-time team member to perform on-site cleaning and maintenance duties across luxury apartment communities. Tasks include trash pickup, landscaping cleanup, valet trash, carpet cleaning, power washing, and both unit and common area cleaning.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, and the company offers long-term opportunities and benefits within a growing organization that
