The GEO Group, Inc. is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of a facility. You will move soil, equipment, and materials, dig planting holes, and care for lawns and plantings.

The role requires light to moderate physical work and the ability to operate basic tools and vehicles. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, distributing materials, and assisting with general site maintenance and safety practices.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions, brief memos, and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and work with measurements.

Responsibilities

• The Groundskeeper maintains the facility's grounds by moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Digs holes for plants and trees and mixes fertilizer into the soil.
• Loads and unloads trucks and moves supplies with wheelbarrow or hand truck.
• Mows lawns, waters plants, and builds/maintains borders and decorative features.
