NE Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for Aspire at Greenville Apartments in Greenville, TX. This hands-on outdoor role supports curb appeal, pool areas, and landscaping across the community and collaborates with the on-site team to maintain a clean, safe environment.

You will gain foundational multi-family maintenance experience and work with equipment, tools, and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting that values detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of on-site multi-family property or groundskeeping experience.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and safety equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maximize property curb appeal by keeping walkways, parking lots and common areas clean.
• Maintain recreation & pool hubs with clean furniture, decks and spaces.
• Detail landscape beds and keep sidewalks clear of debris.
• Enforce dumpster area standards and daily sweeping.
• Execute vacancy trash-outs to prep units for make-ready.
• Support routine service requests and exterior lighting maintenance.
