Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper Lead in Kapaa, Hawaii to oversee grounds maintenance and provide direction to the grounds team. The role involves maintaining areas, operating equipment, and upholding safety protocols.

The position requires prior grounds experience and a high school diploma or GED; training certifications are preferred. Comp: $32–$36 per hour, full-time, on-site with SBM benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: One year related experience preferred.
• Certifications: Completed safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds features.
• Gather, remove, and dispose of trash or waste materials.
• Water and irrigate lawns, trees, or plants using portable sprinkler systems.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using grounds maintenance equipment.
• Rake, mulch, and compost leaves.
• Operate and perform minor repairs on grounds maintenance equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage; report hazards.
