EAH Housing in Ele'ele, HI is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper/Janitor for Lima Ola. Maintain indoor and outdoor spaces, assist the Maintenance Technician, and keep common areas clean and safe to support residents and onsite operations.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year janitorial or grounds experience; basic computer skills needed for training. Salary range: $19.00–$26.60 per hour; new hires typically $19.00–$22.80/hour, DOE.

This position is for a full-time Groundskeeper/ Janitor to work at Lima Ola in Ele\'ele, HI. This is a Tax Credit, HTF, HOME property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting. Position requires light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary range: $19.00 - $26.60 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.00 - $22.80 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Position Overview

The Janitor/Groundskeeper maintains property both indoors and outdoors; conducts routine property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning.
