Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to help keep our residential properties well-maintained and welcoming. You will perform routine groundskeeping tasks, assist with apartment make-readies, and ensure common areas stay clean and safe for residents.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some groundskeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and respond to maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Able to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs regularly.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up trash.
• Keep mail rooms clean—pick up trash, sweep floors, remove dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Replace all first-floor window screens upon request.
• Assist with apartment make-readies (trash vacant units, caulk, appliances, detectors).
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters as scheduled for occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area and straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
