Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a dedicated Groundskeeper for University Commons. You will maintain both interior and exterior spaces to keep the community safe, welcoming, and well-kept for residents and guests.

The role reports to the Property Manager and requires physical ability and reliable transportation for on-call duties. Responsibilities include landscape care, pool maintenance assistance, and supporting turnover processes while delivering friendly service to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with residents and team members.
• Basic computer skills for completing work orders or property tasks.

Responsabilités

• Keep interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable, including buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds.
• Care for plants, shrubs, and flowers by watering and maintaining their appearance.
• Assist with swimming pool cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety standards.
• Support unit turnover processes and coordinate with vendors to maintain quality.
• Provide friendly and professional service to current and prospective residents, including newsletters and correspondence.
• Inspect the property daily to identify hazards or liability concerns.
• Use resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently and safely.
• Assist with light maintenance duties as needed.
