Job Summary

Plans and administers grounds and plant maintenance, including growing schedules and propagation. Performs tasks related to grass and plant care, trims and prunes bushes and trees, and conducts general grounds maintenance and inspections.

Essential Duties

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Inspects common areas and grounds, reporting deficiencies.
• Mows lawns, trims bushes, weeds flowerbeds, and maintains outdoor walkways.
• Contributes to team efforts and exhibits professionalism.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
