Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Groundskeeper at our Myrtle Beach resort to maintain the grounds to the highest standards and support daily resort operations. You will help keep outdoor spaces welcoming and safe for guests and team members.

You’ll perform daily grounds maintenance, monitor sprinkler systems, dispose of waste, and assist with planting projects while upholding safety and cleanliness across the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Maintain clean conditions in refuse area.
• Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garage and walkways free of litter.
• Ensure site beauty and safety awareness by looking for and reporting faulty items requiring repair and maintenance.
• Monitor water/sprinkler systems throughout the resort keeping them at peak efficiency and in good repair.
• Ensure safety compliance with respect to resort grounds.
• Assist with the planting or removal of landscape and general grounds.

The Groundskeeper supports general resort operations and grounds keeping function by ensuring the general upkeep of resort grounds and landscaping at all times.
