Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves facility grounds based on sustainability guidelines.
• Applies planned designs to address landscaping needs.
• Performs planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping, raking, salting, snow removal.
• Operates equipment including mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers.
• May operate trucks, tractors and attachments for grounds maintenance.
• Cleans and maintains sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.
• Performs regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment and tools.
• Follows safety policies and reports malfunctions to supervisor.
