Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor spaces of our apartment complex. Responsibilities include landscaping, ensuring safety, and assisting with plant care to keep the property attractive.

Candidate should have landscaping experience, knowledge of equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trimming hedges, and watering plants to maintain a visually appealing landscape.
• Keep outdoor spaces free from debris, litter, and other safety hazards.
• Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs, such as repairing fences, and walkways.
• Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of the property.
• Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Maintain an inventory of landscaping and maintenance supplies and communicate needs to the management team.
• Respond promptly to any landscaping-related concerns or requests from residents.
• Must have knowledge of all equipment.
