Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and cut grass to maintain property appearance.
• Trim and edge along walkways, flower beds and walls.
• Trim bushes and trees to maintain shape and health.
• Plant bushes and flowers as needed for seasonal landscaping.
• Apply lawn care chemicals and spread salt when required.
