Job summary

Nolan Living in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain landscaping, assist with apartment make-readies, and help keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

You’ll mow, rake, water, weed, trim, and help with general carpentry and upkeep. The company supports growth with benefits like onsite housing discounts, PTO, holidays, 401(k), health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod.
• Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property.
• Clean and maintain common areas and grounds.
• Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
