What You’ll Do
As a Groundskeeper, you are a problem-solver and safety promoter. Your role involves identifying and maintaining the property landscape.
Responsibilities
- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
- Work typically includes tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, edging, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, irrigation, sweeping of parking lots and sidewalks, snow and ice management, and sports field setup and maintenance.
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
What You Bring
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturing a healthy/safe working environment for all.
- 1–2 years of related work experience.
- Horticultural training required.
- Pesticide and herbicide application license(s).
- May require certification/license for certain heavy equipment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
