Weinstein Properties is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain several apartment communities in the Richmond area. You will be responsible for keeping grounds clean, well-kept, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with competitive hourly pay and a $1,000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing. Eligible for quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses
