The role involves removing trash, tending outdoor areas like pool and tiki bar, cleaning exteriors, watering plants, raking sand, power washing decks, and ensuring the overall appearance of the property remains inviting.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash, straighten outdoor furniture and re-set furniture in all areas (pool, tiki bar, hammock garden).
• Trash removal on grounds and outdoor pool areas.
• Power wash and sweep tiki deck.
• Rake sand by tiki and hammock garden.
• Remove weeds and dead palm fronds.
• Leaf blow grassy turf area.
• Water plants.
• Clean exterior windows.
• Skim pool.
• Remove trash, dirty towels, etc. from pool area.
• Clean outdoor restrooms at tiki bar and pool.
• Maintain the appearance of all external areas (beach, bocci court, pool decks).
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position would require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
