Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain cemetery and funeral home properties in a full-time outdoor role. The position offers hourly pay in the $23.00–$25.00 range and a typical M-F schedule.

You will operate lawn equipment and participate in interment-related team tasks, with exposure to the elements as part of daily duties. The role emphasizes reliability and teamwork while contributing to property upkeep and family service experiences.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr. - $25.00/hr

Typical schedule: M-F (Full-Time)

Here’s what you’ll do in your role:

Perform all groundskeeping and maintenance tasks for the cemetery and/or funeral home properties.

Responsibilities:

• Operating lawn and grounds equipment including push and power mowers, snow blowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers and other related power equipment
• Participating on teams for openings and closings for interments, entombments and inurnments

This role works outdoors and is often exposed to extreme weather conditions.
