Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain our residential properties. You will perform daily grounds maintenance, support make-readies, and ensure common areas are clean and safe for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic groundskeeping experience, good attention to detail, ability to multitask, and physical stamina to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs regularly.
• Role MAY require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Keep property and management office clean by inspecting property every morning and picking up litter.
• Keep mail rooms clean—pick up trash, sweep floors, remove dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Replace first-floor window screens upon request.
• Assist with apartment make-readies—trash vacant units, caulk, check appliances and smoke detectors, replace parts.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters in occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area—hose down, pick up trash, straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.

• Replace air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments.


• Clean pool area--hose down area, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc.


• Perform light painting duties as directed.


• Clean vacant apartments between residents.


• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.
