Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior areas of our properties in El Cajon, CA. You will perform daily upkeep, manage supplies, and ensure a professional appearance in line with OSHA standards.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour for full-time roles, with benefits, paid time off, and 401K options. This position emphasizes reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including trash removal.
• Maintain inventory and care of supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on walkways.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Know company and community policies.

We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper!

Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the exterior and designated interior areas of the property.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds to include cleaning and removal of trash
• Take responsibility for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company and community policies and procedures

Compensation

Full-Time $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
