Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Michigan is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our community grounds in a clean and orderly fashion. Responsibilities include pruning, planning, digging, and raking bushes, trees, scrubs, and grass to uphold our campus appearance.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Groundskeeper position.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the community grounds in a clean and orderly fashion. This includes pruning, planning, digging, and raking all bushes, trees, scrubs, and grass.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of grounds maintenance
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Pay Range

$16.07 - $19.49 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
