Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, buildings and amenities at our on-site property in Bluffdale, UT. You will help prepare units, ensure curb appeal and deliver strong resident service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with excellent customer service, organization and safety awareness. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, tour path and parking lots to maximize curb appeal and customer satisfaction.
• Remove trash daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies including snow removal and inclement weather events.
• Clean available apartments and common areas as directed.
• Address maintenance concerns promptly and report life-safety issues.
• Interact professionally with residents and protect confidentiality.

About the groundskeeper position:

We’re looking for a talented groundskeeper who will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas of the assigned property, with maximization of the property’s marketing appeal with the highest level of customer satisfaction in mind.

• Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis.


• Assist in the preparation of market ready units.


• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.


• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.


• Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.


• Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions.


• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents always.


• Preserve and respect applicant and resident confidentiality.


• Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies.


• Clearly and immediately report any maintenance and/or life safety issues identified while performing regular assigned duties.


• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times.


• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
