Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the apartment community’s grounds, pools and buildings, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

You will perform routine maintenance, supervise vendors, and assist with notices and resident communications. Qualifications

• Experience in landscape and grounds maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure a clean, attractive property.
• Assist vendors during inspections and work orders.
• Distribute notices to residents and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of pool and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities
