KMG Prestige is seeking a Grounds Technician to join our team in Muskegon, MI at Nelson Place. You will maintain outdoor spaces, ensuring clean, inviting properties and happy residents through attention to detail and pride in your work.
The ideal candidate has cleaning experience, is self-motivated, and can safely operate lawn and snow removal equipment, with availability nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience is required.
- Self-motivation and reliability.
- Ability to safely use lawn care equipment.
- Ability to safely use snow removal equipment.
- Basic maintenance knowledge.
