Job summary

LR Management is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper in Michigan to join our fast-growing property management team. Ideal candidates have prior apartment community experience and can work collaboratively with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

The Groundskeeper helps maintain grounds and common areas, supports the maintenance team, and ensures the property looks clean and inviting for residents throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the community.
• Provide support to LR Management service team members.
• Inspect exterior for litter, debris, pet waste throughout the day.
• Keep interior common areas and amenities neat and free of litter at all times.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before maintenance makes-ready.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Change locks per property policy and ensure pool area gates work safely.
