A competitive salary of $900 weekly and additional bonuses are offered for special assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping, field operations, or project coordination preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to safely operate company vehicles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to work outdoors and visit multiple job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Groundskeeping Laborers in managing multiple projects.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, task assignments, and allocation of resources.
• Monitor project progress and quality; identify operational issues.
• Drive to and from job sites, transporting crews and equipment as needed.
