Job description

Responsible for maintaining the grounds, including roadways, sidewalks, and parking surfaces, ensuring they are safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. This involves performing all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation, pond maintenance, and operation and preventative maintenance on all equipment used for job duties.

This position requires formal or trades experience directly related to the area of employment. A valid SC Driver's License is also required.

Preferred candidates will have a degree in horticulture or equivalent education/experience. Must be able to obtain a South Carolina pesticide license. Candidate must have the ability to perform all aspects of landscape and irrigation maintenance and installation, and operate all large and small equipment used in landscape maintenance. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
