Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Member to perform regular grounds and landscape upkeep, load/unload equipment, and assist with plumbing repairs and snow plowing.

You will help with mowing, weed eating, and basic equipment maintenance while supporting farm operations. A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not necessary.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR are required with a valid medical card.

Responsibilities

• Assist in grading and road maintenance for all farms.
• Assist in lagoon repairs and pulling stuck trucks during storms.
• Assist in snow plowing and mowing/weed eating in season.
• Assist in plumbing repairs and general equipment maintenance.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Grounds Maintenance Team Member will perform regular and direct grounds and landscape maintenance. Will assist with loading and unloading equipment, plumbing repairs, stuck truck removal, snow plowing, mowing, equipment maintenance and operating small equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in grading and road maintenance for all farms.
• Assist in lagoon repairs.
• Assist in pulling stuck trucks (feed/animal haul) during storms.
• Assist in snow plowing during the winter months.
• Assist in plumbing repairs.
• Mowing and weed eating during the summer months.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
