Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance to grounds including mowing, edging, weed-eating, tree trimming, seeding, digging, trash pickup, and operation of related equipment.
• Provides assistance for routine preventive maintenance and repair to existing buildings, machinery and equipment.
• Assists with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and welding work as assigned.
